You Are Exactly Where You Need to Be.
Whatever it is you are going through, it can get better.

The Most commonly overlooked aspect of Being Healthy is:
Your physical transformation first demands an internal one.
I get it, life happens. Before you know it years have gone by and you've tried every diet and exercise plan in the book. Had some progress but gained more weight. It's a vicious cycle isn't it? But it isn't ALL your fault. You've tried right? but the information is confusing and overwhelming and you haven't REALLY learned anything that will help you long term...With the excess amounts of food at every corner of our life and in a society that hasn’t quite nurtured healthy habits above all else…I know…its hard.
….statistically you have 4% chance of losing the weight that you want to lose for GOOD. To do what so few are able to do successfully it will demand that you do something that 96% of dieters aren’t doing. My hope for you is that this is a time to learn how to implement new habits and skills. This is why my coaching is very different than what you will find anywhere else. The average person is looking for the “lift this, lift that” coach without learning the skills and becoming the person who IS healthy and not pretending to be. The idea that you can hate yourself into exercising and eating a certain way and simply drop the weight or become healthier is why 96% of people who do that fail long term. This coaching isn’t for everybody and its not for the average person. This is why I don’t work with the average person or a lot of people. Just the the select that understand that to make big changes you have to be committed to change. And it starts inside.
The old way of making changes looked like this:
Actions>Emotions>Beliefs>Stories>Identity.
Here's an example. Im overweight so I need to workout and eat healthy (action.) I then feel confident and capable (emotion.) I really can lose 20 lbs, I've got this (beliefs.) Eating and exercising this way is great and amazing (stories.) I'm a healthy person look at me, I look great (identity). This of course can work but it is inherently the slowest way to make real change. The problem here is that 96% of people who rely on action alone can NEVER get over the initial hump. They can't gather enough momentum to make a real shift in WHO they are. The first bump in the road throws them off the wagon and into shame and guilt. They take action and FAIL and that changes the emotions, stories, beliefs, etc. The amount of willpower alone to accomplish all of this is why so many fail.
The NEW way of making changes looks like this:
Identity>Stories>Beliefs>Emotions>Actions
I see myself as healthy, fit, and amazing (identity.) Eating and exercising is worth it (stories). I wake up each day and take care of myself. I believe being healthy is possible for all of us (beliefs) and I feel amazing in my body because of how I take care of it (emotions) I get up and eat and exercise everyday (actions).
You see, your actions will be a result of how you think and feel about yourself. They are coming from a different place (self love and acceptance VS I’m fat and overwieght). When we combine the right identity with action then you can be unstoppable. The problem is most people don’t really know who they are, what they stand for, what’s important to them, what they’re willing to work for.
The goal isn’t to run, its to become a runner
The goal isn’t to exercise, its to become a healthy person
The key here is BE it until you SEE it.
Its past the time to know what to do, its time to know HOW to DO IT and IMPLEMENT it into your life.

Within the app you will have access to custom made workouts specifically designed for your unique goals. You will also have access to custom food guidelines that will guide you to making the right choices for you based on your goals and preferences. No diets here, we CREATE a way of eating and exercising unique to you. The weekly zoom coaching sessions will be where the real magic of our coaching takes place. It is here we will go through your most pressing questions. We will also go through your workouts and food guidelines so that you know exactly how you are going to accomplish your goals each week. We will also discuss “homework” which may be books I suggest, podcast episodes to check out, articles to read or videos to watch. These will be suggested to help build the mindset, habits and to help further educate on building the life and health of your dreams. These weekly coaching sessions also allow us to reflect on the previous weeks accomplishments and project towards the next week on where your focus and actions need to be to ensure progress moving forward. You will also have 24/7 access and accountability via text, email or further calls to help you towards your success and support in achieving your goals long term! This can be uncommon in this space as many coaches and trainers take on so much clientele that they aren’t available for clients questions and to offer support.

I have worked with people from all walks of life from business owners, corporate executives, CEO's, Emmy nominated producers and TV show hosts to stay at home mothers, fathers, you name it. One thing they all have in common is they all have a busy life and a lot on their plate and having had a taste of what the “good life” feels like. Maybe you were a college or high school athlete who has high standards but life has taken over and gotten in the way. Making things convenient, doable and sustainable is the foundation for success. True change takes a lot of work and my coaching is definitely NOT for someone who isn't willing to put in the effort. At the same time I believe putting in the effort doesn't mean it has to be hard. I'm here to help navigate you through the process and make sure you are making progress each step of the way, because lets be realistic here; if it was a workout plan and a diet you were looking for then you could Google your way to that information. In creating real change in life the quickest most efficient way is to work with someone who can help you make progress.
Common Misconceptions
MYTH: I need an in-person coach to work with me to achieve my goals because I don't know what I'm doing and I am not motivated.
TRUTH: The reality is that if you are only motivated when someone is standing next to you "barking orders" then the second that someone is not there it is an excuse to not to the work required outside of that time. Do you only work when your boss is standing next to you? If the answer is yes, then I will politely say this is not a good fit. I have seen it a million times. You simply need accountability, support, education in your desired outcome and a plan for success. The truth is there are 168 hours in a week and working out intensely with a trainer for 3 or 4 hours a week will NOT get you the body you want. It is true that exercise is a piece of the puzzle but your fat loss driver is going to be diet and your ability to manage your stress, hormones and lifestyle. Exercise is RARELY the driver for fat loss, instead it will be many other factors in your life that you are NOT addressing. If you believe the myth above I’d encourage you to ask yourself if you are truly being honest in your desire to change? Are you truly willing to do the work? or are you only willing to do it if it fits your preconception of how it is supposed to be done? This can work ( See before and after pictures) if you do.
MYTH: If I just eat less and exercise more I will lose the weight I want.
TRUTH: While that may work in the short term it will NOT work long term. Most dieters take this approach and it also why 96% of diets fail and 66% gain all the weight back. Your metabolism will compensate for the huge caloric gap that is produced. For example if you consume 1200 calories but are burning 2200 calories you are in a deficit of 1000 calories. Sounds good right? until your metabolism gets stressed and compensates in the form of bad sleep, unpredictable energy crashes, increased hunger and food cravings and moodiness (hangry?). Try staying on a diet with all that, good luck. Balancing your metabolic hormones while being in an effortless caloric reduction is key to sustainable long term results that you are after. I get it, it is NOT easy to navigate all the information out there and it can be very frustrating not getting the results you want. To get a new result you have to be willing to do something different. Nothing new happens in the familiar habits and routine. You may seek out what you THINK is going to help you and what you think is going to get you over the hump. For a better future you must be willing to step into something different and that ALWAYS means something unfamiliar and new....
